Welcome! As a Service Adviser at H+H Chevrolet, I’m pleased to be part of the team helping you keep your car running smoothly and safely. My empathetic and honest approach to this work allows people to put their trust in us at a time when they need assurance—whether they’re here for routine maintenance or more complex repairs. Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, I’m known for my chatty nature. I attended Westside High School and Hastings College. When I’m not working, I like playing and following soccer. To give back, I make time to volunteer at homeless shelters, handing out food and connecting with people in need of compassion. Friendly and communal about my vehicle

Can’t say I am impressed, starting off with telling me through text that on the diagnosis of the parts. Anybody with any common sense would know that each running board has its own motor not a single motor operating both sides. A phone call goes a long way to explain things and if you don’t know then ask before you advise a customer. Texting isn’t always a good form of communication. Nothing was fine over at pickup no paperwork nothing. I can’t say that it was a great experience but I would take this as an opportunity to be better

I kept hearing this squealing sound in my brakes when I backed out of my driveway. After driving, it would stop. I assumed I needed new brakes, but, Alec was very thorough in explaining why I didn’t need new brakes. He was very helpful.
