As the Service Lane Manager, I bring 21 years of experience, and you can rely on me for excellent options, kindness, time management, and transparency. I go up and beyond for my customers, as well as our incredible team. One of the best aspects of my job is working with a guest that we fell down for, showing them that while we're not perfect, we do own our mistakes, learn from them and do what's necessary to turn the guest experience around. I grew up in Fairbury, NE, and graduated from ITT Technical Institute. Currently, I'm working on a pilot license. Spending time with my amazing wife is always the highlight of my days; we love to travel. I also enjoy woodworking and recently completed my first triathlon. Please stop by and see us.
