Each time you've been my advisor, you go to lunch during my appointment, and leave me sitting there waiting longer because you aren't there when my car is done. H&H should have a better process for when the advisor goes to lunch or leaves in the middle of a customers service appointment.

Very good experience. Had an oil change and replaced 4 tires. Took an hour and 20 minutes which I thought was very fast. Hats off to Dylan, the tech that did the work. Very happy and very satisfied. Would highly recommend Imad.

I arrived a little early, wasn’t an issue. Imad got me in right away and kept me posted on everything in a very timely fashion. I was back on the road in a little more than 60 minutes. Great visit.
