Assisting customers through the purchasing process with the knowledge they need and the positivity they deserve is what I’m all about! I joined the auto world in September 2018 and remain committed to providing transparent and high-quality customer service. Finding the perfect vehicle family for your family is what I aim to do, which always comes with a personalized and smooth buying experience. One of my different accomplishments is being awarded the GM Mark of Excellence. I am the proud father of one daughter; she is an absolutely precious baby with her mother’s eyes. I love spending time with my wife and child, creating new memories, and cherishing the old ones. When it comes to interests, I enjoy baseball, old cars and trucks, and comic books. I like to travel to the mountains of Colorado when time permits. Music is one of my strong skills, as I am a classically trained percussionist, jazz drummer, and singer. Donating to others, such as the organization known as Operation Smile, is one of my passions. With their expertise in treating people with cleft lip and palate, they create solutions that deliver safe surgery to people where it’s needed most. Excellent Experience with John! John was fantastic - he really knew his stuff and helped us buy our new Silverado. He explained all the features clearly, answered every question, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. No pressure, just honest advice. Highly recommend John if you're looking for a truck. We love our Silverado and couldn't be happier!

My experience with John was good. I really don’t have any issues. Everybody was friendly and I was very comfortable. My only concern or issue was during the process of the paperwork I first realized the interest rate seemed very high. When I questioned it the finance person was able to get it down another 2%. That made me feel like you didn’t have my best interest in mind (pardon the pun) but trying to get every last dollar you could. I guess that is just the cost of doing business, but you claim to be a straight forward company with no haggle, while at the same time not getting me the best deal possible. Overall it was a good experience, but that left a bit of an icky feeling.
