About Joe
Hi, my name is Joe. I've been with H+H since Jan of 2021, and I have to say it's the best company I've worked for after being in the auto industry for nine years. My customers enjoy working with me because of the pleasant service I provide. Guests know I am never pushy, but they will receive the information and transparency they deserve. Listening to my customers and becoming familiar with them is my priority; it helps me provide a one-of-a-kind experience. I am an Omaha native and enjoy many hobbies outside of work. One of which is dancing—I do own and operate a group called Midwest Swingin'. It was established in 2018 and has been a significant part of my time outside of work. It keeps my mind focused and helps me release any stress from my daily life. My beautiful girlfriend is from Washington state, and dancing is how we connected. I have many accomplishments and certifications, including an Associate's degree in Specialized Automotive Technology with Business Management. Joe is the reason I continue to come back and give this place my business. After a very rough experience in the beginning with “JD” in the service department, I had already made up my mind that I would never return. I was extremely frustrated and upset with the situation. Thankfully, Joe stepped in, calmed me down, and assured me that he would take care of me and the issues I was having with my vehicle—and he did! Since then, whenever I call to schedule a service appointment, I always request Joe. He is helpful, honest, professional, and very informative. He keeps me updated while my vehicle is in the shop and takes the time to explain what’s going on. It’s hard to find someone you feel you can trust when it comes to your vehicle, and Joe has definitely earned that trust. I truly appreciate the way he takes care of his customers. He is the reason I continue bringing my vehicle back for service!
