Hello and welcome! As a Service Adviser at H+H Chevrolet, I’m proud to be part of the team working with customers to make great deals on new and pre-owned cars. I love helping people uncover solutions that make life easier for them. No matter the challenge, I take a courteous and honest approach to service, and have built a reputation with clients and colleagues for keeping to my word. Originally from Omaha, NE, I graduated from Westside High School. I’m a fan of Formula 1 Racing, love talking about music and attending concerts when possible. In my free time, I enjoy golfing and riding my bike.

Josh did a normal good job. I realize he is busy, but would have appreciated more consistent communication, because I needed to use the truck and couldn’t make my plans until I had info on expected when it would be ready.

Josh was great! He explained the procedure and timeline very throughly and kept me up to date on the progress. Also give me information on maintenance offers I can take advantage of in the future without pressuring for a sale. I will definitely refer to Josh the next time I am in need to vehicle maintenance and would for sure recommend him and H&H to others.

Was quoted $220 for inspection for AC not working. Was charged an additional $44 in fees. Josh was at lunch when I returned to pick up so asked another advisor what the fees were and was told “for using computer” ?? The repair quote to replace AC compressor was $1,939 (not including any other “hidden” fees that may be added). That quote was 35% higher than two other quotes I got from other reputable auto mechanic shops.
