About Sofia
Hi, I'm Sofia Marquez, a Sales Associate at H+H Chevrolet and a business student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I have lived in the Omaha area my whole life, I went to Bellevue west high school and was on the volleyball team. I've been around the car industry for my entire life, so it’s more than just a career to me, It's something I grew up learning inside and out. I truly enjoy helping customers find a vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs, I'm committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. My goal is to create a comfortable experience, where my customers feel confident every step of the way. Outside of work and school, I am a huge fan of Husker volleyball and love to talk about just any sport. I look forward to building lasting relationships and helping you with your next purchase! Our experience with Sophia was overall pleasant. She was very professional and knowledgeable on the vehicles that we were shown. However, I was not as pleased with the finance area. When Sophia had provided the finance options, we had requested 72 month and after we left and looked closer at the paperwork, I realized it was financed at 84 months. I take partial responsibility for not paying attention but finance did not specifically go over terms, interest rates, etc.. I also felt the interest rate; given our credit score, was quite high. We were not given detailed information at time of finance signing which, again, is partially our fault for not asking or paying closer attention. Lesson learned for sure!
